MDK electrical services is a family run small business based in Maidstone, Kent. Owner, Mike Kingman is a Fully insured Building Regulations Part 'P' registered specialist in domestic electrical repairs and installations who is happy to provide comprehensive and straightforward advice to help you solve your electrical problems - see our Services for further details on the range of work performed.

Mike works collaboratively with a network of other skilled electricians and tradesmen in the local area which means that no job is too big or too small!

High-quality workmanship and professional customer service - both before and after the work is complete is guaranteed. Everything you need to know is clearly explained to be sure that customers are never baffled with technical terms!

Mike is fully trained to the latest 18th Edition Institution of Engineering and Technology wiring regulations (BS 7671) - the national standard for electrical installations. He is also registered with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting NICEIC (registration number D607730) which means that he is assessed on a regular basis to ensure he is competent and capable of meeting the relevant technical and safety standards, codes of practice and rules of the registered Domestic Installer Scheme. In addition, for peace of mind for customers Mike is Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked  which has replaced the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check. Mike is a Heat Mat underfloor heating trained installer and an approved Schneider Electrician Partner.
